Dr. Broderick Melling DMD
Melling Dental is located on the 3rd floor of the Depot Plaza building on Main Street in Cedar City, Utah.
Dr. Broderick Melling was raised in an Air Force family that moved all over the country, but visited family in Cedar City most summers. During high school, he moved to Cedar City and graduated from Canyon View High School. After two years of mission service in the Midwest, Dr. Melling received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science at the University of Utah with honors. After obtaining a Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, he worked as an associate in a private dental practice in Las Vegas. In 2021, Dr. Melling purchased Dr. Shannon Sorensen’s practice after her retirement. He has expanded services offered to patients and equipped the office with the latest in dental technologies. He is grateful to continue to serve Dr. Sorensen’s former patients and welcomes any and all new patients.
Dr. Melling met his wife Karli at Canyon View High School and she’s been by his side ever since. They are parents to 3 beautiful children. When doctor Melling isn’t treating patients, he enjoys fishing, golf, sports, smoking meat, and spending time with his family.
